Hi
We're printing to a Samsung CLX-9251NA machine via Google Cloud Print (GCP) (GCP is in turn is configured for the PaperCut MF software), however none of the preferences we set in the GCP printer preferences dialog are reflected in the actual print job (i.e. we choose Colour & Duplex - but the actual print will come out as Grayscale & Simplex).
Oh and btw if you're unfamiliar with GCP this is what the print preferences dialog look like (yes, it's pretty bare and perhaps maybe there is a compatibility issue between printer model and GCP, hence maybe why it's not working):
30701
Worth noting that Google Cloud Print is setup to work on PaperCut MF as per this section from the manual: Google Cloud Print (http://www.papercut.com/products/ng/manual/ch-google-cloud-print.html)
(^ and not just like any other "Add Classic Printer" as you would with normal GCP setup)
On the Windows print server we've set it so that applications can override the printer preferences settings
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance :-)
