We have a bizhub C552 that will NOT keep the Gradations until at least the end of the day (barely used even). We can complete the Gradation process, Save the Values AND even immediately reboot the machine; everything is fine. But a few hours later, our light grays look pinkish! We have completed gradations many times. The Image Unit Test prints look fine (nice solid density in both directions of an 11x17). All of the TCR and ATVC values look fine.

Help!? Thanks in advance.

Clean IDCs then initializing the Stabilizer.

Are the laser windows clean?

I had once when the Print head had bad connection and would not stabilize despite the fact no errors were popping up. Try re-connect the PH on both ends, board and by the head.

Have you checked the devs? at the end of the day? take a picture then re-do gradation..compare pictures of the devs then. Tried re-connecting them ?

What firmware have you got it on? Try replacing HV Board.

I have a single c754 that does this too, everything is utterly spotless - only thing that makes it go away is a new belt and transfer roller every 6 months, without it it just keeps going out again and again. though on this one the greys go green not pink. It has to be something building up on the belt from their stock.

elsewhere this problem is rare and there is usually a cause for it.
