    Konica minolta bizhub C451 issue with Windows 8.1-Scan to SMB"deleted due to error "

    Hi There,
    for those who have had the same issue and might take a look at konica Minolta website for latest driver,just found the universal driver with no option and additional configuration in device properties.
    also there is a problem with SMB scanning. The MFP and PC are connected through a TP-link switch and ping test from both sides were successful and print operation and also Twain scan by photoshop has no problem.the shared folder on the root drive has the full access for everybody as user or guest.
    when try to send scanned document to pc ,for a moment you can see the file in the folder ,but couldn't be open,and after a while it vanished with this error " deleted due to error " is displayed on MFP monitor and in error detail described as "Server Error ."

    SMB function is enabled in windows features and also Microsoft Net framework 3.5 and 4.X is installed. but the problem exist after all these adjustments.
    I just wondering file sharing encryption could make such a failure or not.

    So if you know about the special driver for win 8.1 and also solution for SMB scanning ,please share with us.

      This link may be out of date, but look to see if this KB article has been superseded and get the newest #. There was an update that broke the SMB scanning, MS released another update to fix it. This also applied to server 2012R2. In most cases, you can browse the network from the control panel, see the folder and the credentials work for access, but every scan results in a server connect error. Emujo

          Thanks for ur comment.It seems to be the point why it couldn't be possible to receive scans in shared folder ,but the update is just for 64 based system and doesn't apply to 32 bits, so what about 32 bit operating system ,which is the one I'm working on and waiting for solution?
          I searched but couldn't find anything for 32bit OS, any idea?
