Bizhub C450 printing problem (color registration problem

Does anyone know what can i do on C450? I am checking everything in service manual, made Color Registration Adjust (Black) and color but nothing help. Wanted to get any help that I can. The print on A3,cca A4 is good but the rest of the paper is color deviates.Graphic.pdf

Checked the fusing loop actuator isn't snapped off or stuck?

Try Another fuse unit.
