I need help with going into service mode and disable the near life and toner near empty message display settings.

how do I locate the settings please

Service mode -> system2 -> unit change.
If you initialize the engine data the toner levels will all show full.

I think he is just warning you. You dont want to initialize the engine data if you dont have to.

I went into service mode as explained in the previous message I turned off toner low warning and the cyan still shows low. So I might have to initialize engine

I appreciate the link you sent but I still don't know how to initialize the engine or manually feed toner in service. Can you please help

Where is the toner showing low? Do you mean there is an actual message say replace toner. Or are you talking about the bar graph that shows toner level?

The bar graph shows low, once you install new toner it keeps showing low on the bar graph

You have to wait until the machine tells you to replace toner on this model. Just live with it. It isn't hurting the machine when it displays low toner on the bar graph. Next time wait until there is a message telling you to replace toner.

I you really really want to you can strip and vacuum the hopper.
If you initialize the engine data you need to redo gradation adj.
