biz 1051 showing "starting up..." and the low down key blinking yellow

I have a biz 1051 that when we tourn ON the SW! "starting up the message stops and the start ,stops too

the key for low down energie shows orange blinking ...

I´m trying to load the de ISW but Its impossible

any ideia???
