Printout from A4 tray has offset down by an inch - Bizhub C224

Hi everyone,

I have problem with printing out from A4 tray. The first line of the page always shifted down by an inch. As a result I cannot see the last couple of lines.
I use USB cable, windows 7 home.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
