We have recently installed a C3110 at a client with a hard disk.
The client wants account track to be Setup on the device.
We have setup account track as well as user authentication onthe device.The device displays Place ID Card.The device does not allow the userto input the user code.We have updated the device firmware eg(engine and controller) but has not resolvedthe issue.It seems as the device is looking for an authentication unit.Pleaseassist.
