I've got a CF2002p that has a random p-22 code come and go. AIDC sensors and transfer belt have been replaced. Shutter for sensor is functioning properly. Sometimes the code resets fine, but it always returns. Anyone else seen this problem?

Try this. They are the sensors under the shutters.
Description:
P-21 or P-22 shortly after power up.
Solution:
CAUSE: The registration sensors (UN20 and UN21) are dirty or they are unable to read the color shift patterns on the transfer belt.
SOLUTION: Clean UN20 and UN21 and ensure that the shutter is working properly. A damaged transfer belt can cause the color shift patterns to be poorly developed. -
Yes, I've tried that. The sensors were replaced and the shutter is operating properly.
