getting random jamming with this code on duplex dosnt appear to be any clutches or oneways like old style, what have we ran into?

In relation to duplex only jams on the c754 series (not specifically referring to your jam code btw)

The turnover section above the fuser suffers the exact same problem and will cause intermittent jamming eventually in the same manner as the C652 series. In that the duplex gate rear hole becomes filled with plastic \ paper dust and its release time back to centre becomes too slow and causes jamming in the area.

Make sure the gate snaps back positively all the way back to the centre position once released from being all the way down. If it doesn't, jam calls are in your future.

I change the whole unit on high volume machines when this starts to happen.
