II have one C250 , print solid print come out white spot.( IU half of life span ) any solution ? thanks

probably 1 of your IU anyway try to copy somthing in solid color,in singlecolor mode.Cyan magenta yellow black 1 each to see which IU who fails

Do you know how to enter the service mode...utility- meter details- stop-0-0-stop-0-1....in the service mode unter test mode you can test each iu isolated...def sounds like an iu though.

you mean change IU ? i try test mode ,yes come out small white spot .but offen come out this problem just halt of life span (Costing problem ). i clear charging of drum also same .

yes, very costly problem....but have not seen any other way around...have tried cleaning anything i can

Clean it properly ! u dot have an procedure for cleaning I/U's bit its quite easy. Only thing was hard in cleaning till i didn't find 2 screws hiding under the label
