Hi,
I had this error appearing every 10-15 days for some time (about 6 months), which I "cured" by resetting.
A couple of weeks ago the reset stopped working (as expected). I do not have a local tech, and the one who sold me the machine, "diagnosed" it by phone as a fuser unit.. so I ordered one from him and replaced it.. and nothing changed. The new "diagnose" is M30 motor, so I took out the old one and I am now waiting for a new one from the tech..
However this motor looks OK to me (not sure if smth can be seen on a failed though). I am a bit concerned that it is some wild chase involved changing expensive parts.. although, when I reset the machine and turn it back on, there is 0 movement from all the motors and the error appears right away... should not the other ones try to mive a bit if this one is faulty? Or could it be some kind of power supply issue?
Any advise?
Can I do some kind of check by myself?
