Hello,
I installed a Bizhub c452 yesterday and noticed after setting up the scan to email settings that the subject line had the old company name in it so while browsing the machine, I went into "System Settings/Machine settings" and saw that the old company name was there as the "Device Name" so I changed it there to "C452". When I sent an email scan the next time, it still had the old company name. Next, I went to "Store Address/Subject" and made a custom subject line, but it still has the old company name there "Message from (old company). Any help is appreciated.
