Di350 Reset on Duplex

Hi I have a Di350 (a long way away) which will REBOOT with duplex printing. While observing the reset happens just as the machine would normally reverse the fuser transport after fusing the first side. I have replaced the transfer roller and imaging unit… (New) & checked copper contacts. Single sided seems normal. Only error codes are C1038 *4 and C18xx *244 Any advice please.

C18XX the code is for printer board error , try to check the printer board ( Pi 3502 if not wrong is ths model )

From my experience I would say Power Supply Board. BTW the controller is the Pi-3500, the Pi-3502 is for the Di-251/351 series. Hans

I wonder if this could be connected to my duplex problem discribed in another post, please post the fix for this and I'll try it on one of my di 350 machines. thanks
