Area 11 is the exit end. Most common cause for me are operators pulling the horizontal transport tray out and tearing the paper, leaving a small piece of paper stuck in the exit rollers. I pull the transport out, stick my hand in and feed a sheet of paper through both exits manually to clear the paper path. If the paper path is clear, look at the lift up flap on the fuser at point 12. There is a spring on each side to keep pressure on. If the top of the spring breaks off it will fall back on the rod that the divert gate is on causing that gate not to work properly.
