Hello, first I want to apologize for my English, I use a translation program. I have bizhub 501 and when copying from a book in duplex mode, sometimes /for example, in every second or third copy/ second side moves away, as seen in the picture. Also sometimes part of the page is cut off, also seen in the picture.Nothing is turn on except copying of both sides.
To not start a new topic I want to ask for my other machine pi7120 sometimes when I copy in store mode lamp freezes and stays until you delete what you store and start over. Do you know how I can deal with these problems. Thanks in advance!
