[Error Code] Konica Minolta C452 C2164 and C2163

Getting Error Code C2164 and C2163 in Konica Minolta C452. Copier works for couple of hours and these codes appear again.

C2164: PC charge malfunction

1 Check the imaging unit for proper connection and correct as necessary.


2 Check the HV1 connector for proper connection and correct as necessary.


3 Check the PRCB (printer control board) connector for proper connection and correct as necessary

Also, C2163 = K PC charge problem so start there.
