[Jamming] C-6500

I have a C-6500 and the customer is using the by-pass tray to feed paper. The paper is going into the machine and I can see it hesitate as it goes in and the it jams. I have replaced the feed clutch and cleaned the rollers. The paper is very tight in the roller and is hard to pull out. Some pages go through, but it mostly jams. I have the torque limiter for the sep roller ordered. Just wondering if there is anything else?
