I can't close the left door, the right lock is very near while the left lock is very far, and the gear of the transfer roller can't be fixed on the gear of the drum.
Please help...

Do you have a broken transfer bushing or missing rear transfer spring? Also check the drive coupler at the top of the vertical path section. Does it close properly without the transfer assy? =^..^=

On the very top of the door is the paper guide unit. It is white with lots of teeth. on the left of this guide is a spring with a white plastic piece that does not sit right when you close the door. remove this unit, a screw on either side and lift it out. close the door and check if closing properly. sometimes it can be reparied if you can
figure out why or just replace it.

without the transfer roller assembly the door closes properly ,when I put the transfer roller, the right side of it doesn't come in it's place ,it must be shifted about 4 mm to the right .
thanks.

Without the transfer roller assembly the door closes properly

In that case, remove the drum and then close the door and see what happens. The transfer roller assy is very simple and if both springs are in place on either side of the transfer roller, then you just have to place it on the frame and slide it to the left [rear of the machine ] for it to lock in place.
If still not working, then remove all the parts, that is the tranfer roller frame assy, middle feed and reassemble.
Only you can figure out this, as we don't have a visual of what is going on there.
Only other thing to think of there, is if the drum protection cover assy is not moving properly and causing obstruction. check if it retracts when you open and close the door.

Make sure the tab on the rear side is inserted into the slot of the base and slid to the rear so the catch can hold it in place.

Could you give a more precise description of the fix, as your reply does not make sense, to me anyhow. where is this separation gear, it is actually on the transfer roller.. when you are referring to the right side, is it to the back side of the machine when standing on front of the machine. please explain as others may have this problem and not knowing where to look.

Edit::
Looking at a transfer roller at the shop, i see now your transfer roller was installed incorrectly in the frame of the transfer roller housing. [your pic ]
the white plastic bushing next to the black gear on the transfer roller was in the reverse order and in the wrong position.

hello
the problem began when the left black31533 bushing was broken, I fixed it
if you stay in front of the left door and you open it, the transfer roller will be down, at the left you see the drive gear with 2 white bushing and the separation black gear, at the right, one white bushing and the black separation gear, the problem was with the right black separation gear, it was not in it's place,if you see the first photo the right black separation gear must be near to the transfer roller , I hope I explained with my poor English
note : the order of installation in this photo is not right
the right way is drive geare than white buching then black broken buching than separation black gear then white buching

Thanks for your reply and explanation. But you keep saying separation, when in fact you mean the transfer, am i correct. Anyway, yes its the black gear first then the white bushing touching the black gear. the white bushing raised lip should be facing the other way from the photo you have. It is better if you can get a used housing for that transfer roller, seeing that the frame is cracked. good you get it working.

hello
I named separation gear, the two black gear without teeth, and maybe they touch the drum, that is why I named separation gear.
