Have blank copies with scanner only. Can print from Creo and internal prints. Get no codes. We bought this machine 5 months ago and did not test it. The Scan button does not turn on. I swapped a good control panel and no change. I pulled the optic glass and checed the mirrors and they look fine. Not sure where to go next. Thanks for any help. Also the Radf works but also blanks.
