Command Workstation

I have a customer with a C1070 and a IC-415. I just talked this morning with him and he cannot drag and drop or import documents into Command Workstation to print. He can print from the driver and then they are in CW. He has deleted CW and reinstalled. Still has the same problem. Any Ideas?
