Good day,
I just received three BizHub 363's from a used wholesale vendor. One of these displays a warning "No animation guide data available" message. Is this a firmware update, a corrupt hard drive problem, or an unformatted drive problem? The copier works fine other than this but I would like to know where to begin before proceeding. Any assistance appreciated.
