bh 3320 fax issue in the morning

Every morning the machine tells the customer to unplug the fax line and plug it back in once it comes out of sleep mode. i have the fax sleep disabled in service mode and firmware is up to date.

Also, anyone know what the default admin pin is? ive tried 1-8, 1-8 twice, 92729272, all 1's and all 0's.

I hate this thing already.

if you want to input the admin password, have a lock at the diaplay that the keybord is set to numbers and not to letters.
