After machine sits no rhyme or reason how long sometimes from 3 minutes upwards to half an hour will say it has a jam at finisher entrance. Open finisher nothing close will say jam in fuser area. Open it nothing resets jam. Will post Pics of what it says asap. Almost seems heat related

Clean all 5 punch unit sensors. Check LED'S on FN control board.

I was going to disconnect the finisher to test if it went away but ran out of time. Short video of what it does after I gets a false an can reset it buy opening finisher then machine an pulling transport/fuser section out.

There is a sticky actuator damper in the exit section on the machine, remove the small sponge pad.
Remove the side cover and the exit section 5 screws and a connector look for the sensor and see if it sticks.

Change out PS37 on the main body and PS1 on the finisher. Check that PS37 actuator falls back easily.
