konica 7130 e89-1

Hi have a konica 7130 with error code E89-1 single copies ok but on muli copies this code appears & the paper is jammied in the machine .Can anyone help. It is a trade in and i am hoping to referbish it . A service manual would be of great assistance if anyone could assist
