Is there a setting that states how many copies each user is allowed??:confused:

As Mo0651 suggests above...it is possible to set up print limits on both b+w and color. I cant remember exactly where you can view the allowances but back when I was an IT director I had limits on color prints for all users.

i think the limit is set in the print driver on each individual machine where you set the ID code.
