Samsung CL9201 issue

Hi all, I have one of these and it works perfectly as a printer but whenever you photocopy anything you get no image and just lines ( see photo) looks like noise lines. Anyone seen this? I'm thinking CCD or Scan board??http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/16/01/20/564eab70086ae8fb2374ed384998b459.jpg

I went to samsung school on SL-X4250LX. Almost everyone had wierd issues like that after taking board out. If you were in the back on a board on the flat cables reseat them. I have seen one connector pull out of a board and heard of another during school so be careful recycleing connectors for problems. I am thinking one of the main boards if you took it out or moved connectors around. Did not see exactly that but wierd things (copy, scan). The flat connectors have to go in perfectly. My opinion is every connector should go in one way and easy. The older machines like this one I think you could get connectors in the wrong place as they are not color coded. They may be fixing that in newer machines. But you are most likely correct if it prints ok.

Check the connectors between the Reader board, and the main board. Reseat all of those connections.
