I have a Biz C-364e with I-option installed I have a code C-4091. With the 2g memory uninstalled, I have a C- D010 code HDD format ?
to format HDD the control panel don't work is it related.

Did you manage to figure out what was causing this issue? I have a 554e calling both C4091 & CD010 codes. I

I tried formatting the HDD and reseating connectors but no luck. Thinking maybe MFP board?
