I have only had to update these a couple times. Hopefully this is the last time. When attempting to upgrade the firmware in ISW service mode the machine does not recognize the thumbdrive has available files.I have verified the machine does see the thumbdrive outside of service mode. It is formated fat32. The folder BW75_60 is directly on the root. I feel like this was something real dumb last time, and Herr I am again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Well version 34 is a 751 only file. What I did not know, is that this board I put in off our parts shelf was a 600 board. So while I was trying to get it to work (doing the procedure correctly) I was having no luck. I figured it out when I said screw 34 and went back down to 32 (a 601 and 751 download) and noticed the 57ba rather than 57aa I realized it was a 600 board.. Once changing dipsw 32-1 to a zero it then let me manually select my AA.

Of course then I had to go through a license management procedure as well. Good times.

Should have mentioned I had just replaced the board with a used one.
