I have cleaned all the laser slits and sensors that look for the pattern to fix this... What steps have you taken besides firmware?

Check the waste box. Has it been emptied recently?

run test prints for all 4 colours - this fault occurs on the c35 /c25 when there is a print quality issue present it cant deal with and the machine is too stupid to know what to do.

Errors are recorded in hex on the event log from memory and you have to convert them to decimal to know what its complaining about - absolute p.o.s.

Hi there!
In 90% "permanent calibrating" on these bitc... the scannerlamp goes down (too old....). Change it (pn A121PP0F00), and itīs running again.
Hope this will help.
Greetings...

I have seen this before. It's been awhile but if I remember correctly. In an attempt to avoid changing the lamp or scanner unit. I opened the scanner unit and cleaned scanner glass, white reference plate, scanner lamp, etc. It took care of the problem for me.
