i have a km-c364 that keeps losing cyan developer after 4-5k prints. as a result i start to get white diagonal lines
the drums look clean and good.
all the rest of the colors are perfectly fine.
i haven't got much experience with this model and your help is very appreciated
thanks

have you tried a new toner?
This issue has been discussed to death in another thread already.
I practically rebuilt the machine and nothing made any difference.
2 possibilities were, initialization of the machine or replacement of the toner cartridge and vacuuming the hopper
these were the last 2 things i tried after many cyan devs and drums were destroyed - it has now gone a few toner changes and even a whole drum life since the last failyre now.

I personally haven't had those calls but got an email from manager the other day to all techs that were having problems related to cyan & magenta dev units on the E series. Similiar to the issue you are having.

I see K-M are moving at their rapid rate !! One thing worth checking is the state of all consumables even if they are not related to the fault. For example a drum could be causing issues or even the transfer belt. Hotfuser is the one to talk to regarding this problem, but you MUST make sure everything is well under life to have even the slightest chance of fixing this. Just to let you know we reset our dev units and are running them to death and as long as we change the drums at life or just over.
For us it makes sense to fit a black drum (when at life end) in every socket on the machine and chip them so the machine knows they are new and reset the dev units and let them run.
