hi guys, feel silly writing this as its very easy thing to set up but here goes, 
i have a C258 that i am trying to get the customer set up for user accounts so that the prints dont just come out and get mixed up.
all i want to do is set it up so a user can print, come to the machine, input a password or pin then release the job.
instead what i get is a headache! lol
ive set up account track thinking that if i printed it would hold the job at the copier until ive imputed the pin.
but it just prints out making the dialogue box on the copier where i can input the users pin useless.
so how do i set up account track that holds the print until prompt by the users pin at the copier screen.
