FS-601/BizHub C350
Hello Everyone.
I have a customer with a C350 connected to a FS-601.
when the paper is exiting into the fs-601's output tray the finisher makes a straining noise (stepper motor) and stops with a jam.
I have replaced the exit motor and control board plus checked for mechanical bind all ok.
ideas??
