This machine was annoying the customer by saying there was an original left on glass. When I tried adjusting the position of the doc feed to where it works properly, it then jams. I was searching the KMBS solutions for this machine and saw a couple of post referencing an FOC mod they used to give out to correct the jam issue. That part is no longer available. I am hoping someone who has used the mod can tell me what it was and where it was on the document feeder. Is this something I can rig myself?
