KM Bizhub C450P error code C-D366

We recived KM C450P for service with error code C-D366. It was came when claent foget switch off on the night time main switcher. During analiz in the service center was found next type failures on the machine:
1) Error code C-D366
2) In the service mode, did not working fully some functions of menu( Software version is not showing any data under that menu, firmware update is not active and etc.)
3) IC 40 ( 8 pins IC-m parameter IC) was checked and look clear.
4) We tryed UPDATE firmware trought CF-memory flash but machine did not taked any update from card( possible we have unproperly firmaware. when we installed card to machine, Ready Led was OFF- Error Led was ON and machine nothing to do)
Please who have any ideas, help to us. We nessecary in the instructions and other software for this machine.

first of all, you need panel simulator to flash the firmware to machine and an null modemcable between the machine and the com1 port on your laptop.

Did you get it? I have the version for C250P, I'm not sure it's the same but I can send it to you.

Thank you. But I have the another problem. I have the C-DC00 error and language is Japan or Chinese and don't connect whith programm and don't flash from CF. Maybe this problem with NVRAM?

I'm not sure how a Panel Simulator would help but Konica has a NVRAM restore program for the C450 on their website listed with the firmware. This software when loaded via CF Card will place you at a basic starting point with clean code and you should be able to upgrade from that to the latest level. Ofcourse the CF Card is prepared with the KM Firmware Imaging tool utility. I've had to do this for a few C450's and it works well.

P is for printer, and there is no panel to do servicesettings

u need to choose clear NIC or clear all, in the display (on the panelsimulator)
