Good morning Hope everybody fine I have one machine MGI DP40 its actually Konicaminlta C450 having problem in fusing unit roller pressure motor trying to release pressure and continue moving in reverse position it makes some sound during this if you print some thing its start but without fusing paper will come out because no fusing pressure.
Be fore when i start problem was from black drum drive motor and gear i replace this motor and gear but after that this problem came black printing problem is solved machine is very old and not in good condition but customer wants to run it i request for fusing unit but i think it is not from unit if some body face this issue kindly help me.
