Hi everyone, i have a customer with a newish c554e with FS-534+SD-511 finisher. Recently it has been throwing a error code of c1195.
Iv checked sensor op er ration abd made sure all cables are seated correctly.

Any help would be great.

Are you getting paper jams in the folder?
What tends to happen is the paper will jam in the folder which stops the transport paddles rotating.
This causes the code.
I had a customer using really cheap and nasty A3 who got this code at least once a week.
Trouble was they would clear the jam before a tech arrived but not the error code,so it wasn't initially associated with a paper problem.
It was only after I saw it happen (it was very intermittent) that it became clear what was going on.
They wouldn't change the paper (it's cheap) so they now clear the code themselves when it happens.
At least I don't have to go out to it now!
Before you blame the paper though, check the mylars that guide the paper down into the folder.
They can split & cause jams.
