Movie Data File Konica Minolta bizhub C224 and bizhub 363

Need to install a Movie Data File for the Konica Minolta bizhub (http://www.123inkjets.com/4421-Product.html) C224 and bizhub 363. We delivered these two machines this week but unfortunately we don't have these downloads. Any help would be appreciated. If available please contact me on my cost. This is where I get my firmware from...usually about 30 bucks.

They also have the movie data.

hi, i have trouble copying all the movie data files onto the fat32 drive. there are 28637 files and it just fails after a couple of thousands.
how many files did you guys have?

only copy the .tar file on the drive, dont extract it, the copier will do that itself internally.

be careful which firmware you try and use!!!

that whole series sucked for firmware.

This symptom is usually caused by a DF problem

I have bought a KM Bizhub C364 second hand and I think the HDD was formated.
I have the following error messages:
"OCR Dictionary not found. Contact your Service Representative";
"No Animation Guide available. Contact your service rep." and
"Please turn on the Modem Unit"

If someone could please send me the software to install I would be very grateful
I think after watching 3 days of tutorials and searching the web I know how to install, but I need the software.

hello,
i have the same problem here with my c224 (the replacemant for my c203)


The former owner did for security, and to clean user adjustments, a HDD format.
So far so good, but as you now, the movie file is lost after.


Does somebody of you have the Movie file for the c224?

I have service documentation, but I do not have the movie-file

You can ignore that “animation missing” message the machine will work fine.

However if you want the fw to remove the message see link below.

I noticed upon trying to install the movie data file, nothing shows on the right of C224 to make the start button blue. I think it did not detect my USB drive. BTW, I am using 32GB USB with FAT32 format.
