Fuser motor looks good (it rotates) . Ca it be this motor? Also is there a way to check controller if this error comes from him?

Have you tried turning the fuser by hand? It is possible for it to seize up the bearings.

Load check code 40 Mulit code 1, 2 and 3 for the 3 speeds the motor can run at.
The motor send back pulses and the printer control board or motor board checks the frequency of the returned pulses.
So it could be a stiff fuser a bad motor or a bad control board.

My money is on the motor.
