The KM specs do not go into details on TIFF format specifics, but the TIIF.6 format is close to 18 years old. When we have a customer that needs specific tiff formats, we usually play around with the default scan settings (grey scale, B&W, color). One of these defaults is normally what is required. For instance, the program is unable to read a grayscale TIFF, but when sent as a B&W tiff it works just fine. If you really want the dirty details, search the web for some type of program that can classify your TIFF, then scan something from the MFP and run it through the program. Emujo
