Hello everybody,
I have a strange problem with Bh1250 - soilage on the 2nd side caused by fusing. The problem is described in the trouleshooting guide and its recomended to raise the fusing temperature. I set the temperature with 10 degrees, changed the three fusing rollers, but the problem still occures. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

check the paper setting, maybe set too thin?
is the web/motor working properly?
oem toner?
density adjustments too high?
is the sponge roller in the web soft or too stiff and check the bushings for wear.
stop a copy in the middle of fusing and tug each side, is there uneven pressure? or little pressure?
should turn the fuser rollers when pulling evenly.
good luck, let me know.

You didn't talk about media type. What media are you running?
Have you looked at Paper Tray Settings > Fixing Pressure > ... ? With 20# plain paper "weak" fixing pressure is entirely adequate. The only way that I can imagine fixing problems is if you're running heavy or glossy media ... or both, using plain paper weak pressure settings. =^..^=

Hello!
The fuser is recently rebild because of the problem, the paper is standart 80gsm A4 offset , all settings are standart, the toner is original KM. The cleaning roller is new.
I've tried to increase the speed of the web, but with no effect.
