Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO 950 - 2nd tray inactive
Hallo lads,
we received a used Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO 950. Everything is OK with the machine, but the 2nd tray inactive. It can recognise paper size, the lift is working. (tested in service mode). To open it you have to use the latch on the side, plus in the paper menu/copy screen it shows up as inactive.The other two drawers are OK.
Is there any function to switch off a tray in the menu? (I have all the manuals and nothing fund.) No error code, nothing related comes up on screen.
Any helpful ideas would be appreciated.
