Hello there! My problem on konica 7050 is jamming on tray 1 and tray 2, long or short bond paper. i have checked the bearings and replaced feed rollers and take away rollers. the paper stops on the upper side before the paper enters the switch on top. code is J11-3 for tray 1 and J11-4 for tray 2. as if the paper cant go up.
