Do you have ic-409 fiery software install instructions? I am unable to log into the fiery using the password and have to reset the whole thing. Also, do you have instructions for initial set up of the C550. I had to reset NVRAM on the machine and I believe I have to fully set up everything again on the C550. My fiery is visible to the C550 through the control panel on the C550, but I cannot do the set up on the Fiery unit. I am speculating, but I think the FIery must have some how had the password changed or it mirrored the C550 password. Either way, I cannot log in or print to the C550 because I cannot access the Fiery. I can browse to the fiery with the IP log in but not as admin only as guest.
