Hi,

Got a DF-701 on a C224 with a C-6755 on every power up and wake from sleep mode, was resetting fine with normal operation resuming.

Has already had, black data cable changed first - no difference made
CIS + cis power board changed + turned off CCD cal + line adjustment as per SM - No difference made.
Duel scan board changed, no difference made
MFP board changed, no difference made, but now wont reset at all.

Tried full initialisation multiple times, no difference made.

Checked CIS cleaning brush timing perfect.
Nothing is broken, housings clips or otherwise.

running out of ideas, anyone?

Same issue here. What did you resolve this with if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks

Have you tried DFCB just to be sure?

You probably checked the wires but maybe pinched wires in shared 12&24V connector on machine side or 12 V line for CIS PWB from DFCB? Is the voltage stable? Maybe one of the Fuses blown despite replacing the CISPWB it may have something not right.a.e. pinched cable.

Don't remember the thread on CTN but remember someone had pinched wires causing all sorts issues. Pinched wires in the grey feeder tray.

Dirt on white calib roller?

How about disabling weekly timer and permit for sleep mode in Service System 1?
Dunno what else..
Good luck.
