Hi everybody,

I hope someone could guide me to right direction with this..

Customer with C7000 and two separate fusing units, has a problem with one fusing unit.

One fusing unit works just fine. No problems with that, but the other one is overheating giving two C-3502 and C-3501 errors while printing or while idling..

I've alreadychanged TH3 and TH1...

Any ideas guys??

I can think of some things to check.
1) Ensure TH3 (contact sensor) is contacting the surface of the belt properly.
2) When you replaced TH1 did you set the gap correctly?
3) Check you heater lamp. You may have a hot spot on one of the lamps.

I have the same problem with c6000L, and I replace Thermistor on the Fusing Belt and Pressure Roller and one of the thermo fuse, an I solve the problem...
When you change that parts, you must reset code in service mode in dip sw - 3-1 - 0
