Simple question
We have one C454e that has the overlay option on the copier under "Stamp / Watermark" (i think thats what its called)
Just got a brand new copier im setting up and it doesnt have this option
Both have the UK (Upgrade Kit)
Both are running same FW version, forget exactly what version but trust me its the latest :)
What am I missing??

Uk204 is usually used for an ioption like lk101 web browser.
Was any license purchased?

Overlay requires the UK 204, you say both MFPS have the extra memory...Have you printed out a config sheet to see if the extra 2 gb ram is detected? Emujo

Yeah both confirmed 4GB
Might compare bitswitch printouts
Kinda awkward as customer was shown the feature and wants to use it to photocopy keys onto a document ready for signature

[Soloution]
Turned out to be faulty machine RAM (not the UK204)
Even though the memory test was run for about 20 mins and reported no faults so Id suggest not relying on that test
