Since i noticed a lot of people asking about this and having to deal with exactly the same problem
more than enough times recently i thought about giving an update.
A previous thread was made about this but here are some pics anyway.
If you eliminate the 1st culprit which is the firmware my 9 out of 10 times the problem was this:
Pinched harness from the Cleaning mechanism motor to the adf board.
