Anyone can recommend something up to £1000 with speed over 40ppm? I was looking on ebay and C452 looks good but its hard to find it with low counter reading. I'm looking for something which have up to 100k black.

That will be hard to find. Not price wise but counter wise. Good luck. 500k machine seems more likely. Belt/Fuser/ Full set of colour IU's BKdev+drum and you may as well buy New machine :)
