    C452 Reboots When Print

    Hi All,

Hope someone can assist me. My client's C452 keeps rebooting when a print job is sent to the MFP. It spools the job half way then it reboots. But this happens only on selected file when sent to the MFP. Strangely, sometimes the same file when sent to the MFP, it prints out ok. I have tried upgrading the firmware, fix PC's IP address, check for duplicating IP address and also reinstall printer driver to latest version.

Yesterday, I brought my colleague's MAC Book to the client's office to test out printing to the C452. The file that was not able to print out before was used to print out from my colleague's MAC. It prints out perfectly. But on the third attempt to send the same file to the MFP for printing, the MFP reboots when job is spooled half way in the MFP. I think this is very strange because it was working earlier but later it doesn't.

    Has anyone experienced this before?

I'd start with DIRECT LINK Mac <>Copier.no switch. Static ip
If it works, network it is.
    If not:
    Reset NIC
    Format HDD
    new RAM DIMMS.
    Initialise machine.
    Try different MFPB.
